A lot has been going on and I kindof lost my motivation to exercise hard since the Spudman Triathlon. I kindof felt like since this was a smaller one and I could totally do it, especially after the Spudman. Well...I did do it and I felt totally fine afterwards, but I didn't get a good enough time.
So now I kindof feel obligated to do another one in November to kick myself in the butt to work harder for it. I know I can do better.
